About SolarDrifty

Who we are

SolarDrifty is a solar energy company founded in 2026 and based in Linda-a-Velha, just outside Lisbon. We install new solar panel systems, and we repair and maintain existing ones, for private homes and for businesses.

We keep our scope deliberately narrow. Solar installation, and solar repair and maintenance, are the two things we do every working day, and we would rather do those well than publish a longer list of services.

Where we work

Our office is at R. Alexandre Herculano 8, 2799-554 Linda-a-Velha, Portugal, and our team works across Lisbon and the surrounding districts. Staying close to the systems we install is what lets us get to a fault quickly when one stops producing.

What we install and service

Installation. Complete on-grid and off-grid systems for houses, apartment buildings and commercial premises: panels and mounting, inverter, battery storage where it makes sense, and the connection to the grid.

Repair and maintenance. Diagnosis of underperforming panels, inverter faults and wiring problems; replacement of panels, inverters and batteries; panel cleaning, periodic checks and output monitoring.

How an installation works

  • Site survey. We visit the property and assess the roof, its orientation, sun exposure and condition, together with how much electricity you actually use. The survey is free and comes before any commitment.
  • Design and quote. We size and design the system, on-grid or off-grid, and send a clear written quote with a fixed price and the savings you can expect.
  • Installation. Our team mounts the panels, wires the inverter and commissions the system. A typical installation takes one to two days.
  • Paperwork and grid connection. We handle the documentation and the connection to the grid so that you do not have to.
  • Aftercare. Panels come with a 25 year performance warranty, and inverters and batteries carry their own separate cover. We explain exactly what is covered before you commit.

How repair and maintenance works

  • Diagnose. We find the fault, whether it is a panel producing below its rating, a failing inverter or a wiring issue.
  • Fix. We repair or replace panels, inverters and batteries with quality parts and clean workmanship.
  • Maintain. A yearly clean and check keeps panels producing at full output. We also offer maintenance plans that take care of this for you.

How we work with customers

  • Quotes are fixed and given upfront. The figure in the quote is the figure you pay, and anything that could change it is spelled out in writing before work starts.
  • We answer enquiries within 24 hours, and we book the free site survey from there.
  • We explain warranty terms, expected output and payback in plain language before you sign anything.
  • This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The only personal data we hold is what you choose to send us through the contact form, as described in our Privacy Policy.
